This is a twist on the quote as I wanted to subtlety express awareness of heart conditions for personal reasons. The background is a reverse stencil or resist stencil technique with acrylic paints and the secret to easily merging the stencils together is choosing ones with similar and complimentary shapes. The focal image is done with the gel medium transfer technique and was printed on a laser printer (that is important as I couldn't get it to work with my inkjet) but before I copied it to Word and flipped it horizontally. That way when you rub away the paper it will be the right way round.
